Synopsis:

Skipper and the rest of his penguin pals have their hands full solving a slew of problems, including a pigeon's planned attack on the visiting zoo commissioner, sightings of a flying orca and the unstoppable growth of a green blob called Jiggles. This cartoon collection also finds the gang combating a poison dart frog, hiding their feline friend, Max, from animal control and helping King Julien get his groove back.
